Set amidst lush green surrounds, this artful adaptation of an architect’s dream home achieves a fine balance between sophisticated minimalism and easy, family living.
A restrained colour palette heroes the verdant exterior while natural materials anchor the home in time and space. Drama is achieved through contrast; a quarter cut American Oak staircase cantilevered out of sleek Timaru Bluestone provides a striking visual focal point for the home.
Understated furniture completes the aesthetic, while soft, airy fabrics imbue family spaces with a feel of relaxed liveability.
